To ensure a safe and efficient space for our clients to come and relax, we ask that our clients both new and existing read and follow all of our spa policies.


We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. you may cancel your appointment at any time before the 24 hour mark through our booking site, or by calling/texting the spa to ensure that we can fill the appointment slot booked out. Any cancellations after the 24 hour mark will be charged 25% of the cost of your services booked out for that day. We require a credit or debit card to be kept on file for this reason – you won’t be charged unless you violate the cancellation policy. No-shows, meaning you failed to show up to you appointment without prior notification, will be charged 50% of the cost of your services booked for that day. After 3 last minute cancellations or no-shows, you will be required to pay for services up front before booking them.

No Children/Extra Guests

Please refrain from bringing children and extra guests to your appointment. Unfortunately, state law and insurance prohibits us from having small children in the spa as we have equipment and machines that can be dangerous to children if they are not being supervised by a parent. As for extra guests, our service rooms are small and having extra guests in the room can lead to our service providers being unable to efficiently and safely complete your service.


We are a very busy spa and in order to ensure an amazing experience for all of our guests, we ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment. In order for our service providers to continue running on schedule and maintain enough time to clean and sterilize the service rooms in between clients, we need to keep the flow of clientele running efficiently. Because of this, we offer a 15 minute grace period for lateness, but after the 15 minute time frame has passed (don’t worry, well give you a call if you’re running late!) we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment and you will be subject to the late cancellation fee if we are unable to fit you in later that day.
